get to know us
Q: Who are you?
I’m Dali, I’ve been in the industry for 10 years. I started in construction at 17, working as a labourer with my cousin. After a few years, I decided to start my own business. Once I got my electrician’s certification, my brother, Kastriot, joined me, and we’ve been working together since.
Q: Who’s in your team?
It’s me, Kastriot, a plumber, a carpenter, and a designer. The plumber and I have worked together for 5 years now. Kastriot handles the bricklaying and builds the stud walls. We all work closely together, sharing expertise and making sure the job’s done right.
Q: What do you enjoy most about your work?
I’m into the electrics, especially the fuse boxes. It’s technical and requires precision. Kastriot enjoys the bricklaying and building stud walls—he’s all about getting the structure right. We both like seeing how a project takes shape from start to finish.
Q: What’s your approach?
I care about finishing jobs properly. I’m not interested in chasing endless work. It’s about getting the details right, not cutting corners. Me and the plumber have a solid rhythm, and we work as a team. There’s a lot of greed in the industry, but we focus on responsibility and delivering quality.
Q: If you weren’t in construction, what would you be doing?
If I weren’t in construction, I’d probably be a policeman. My dad was a policeman in Albania, and I remember a time when he tracked down a criminal who had been hiding out for months. He always taught us the importance of doing things the right way. It stuck with me and still guides the way I work.
Q: How has the industry changed?
People care more about quality now—whether it’s lighting, kitchen appliances, or even things like Japanese toilets. We’ve adapted to these changes, ensuring we’re delivering what people want while staying true to good craftsmanship.
