Stoke Newington
Victorian flat conversion

Nestled in Stoke Newington, Alexa’s flat is a 1890s Victorian flat. As a designer, she wanted to preserve the historical features while making the flat modern and functional with all the amenities.
The project was finished with 30cm high skirting board, custom curved kitchen and dark oak herringbone flooring. To add convenience, we installed a boiling water tap, laundry cabinet to house the washing machine off ground level, and a tiled wetroom with an artifical skylight.

Kitchen renovation

This sleek German kitchen blends high-spec functionality with contemporary flair. The client opted for a luminous glass splashback, softly backlit to create a sense of depth and warmth.
We installed a new ceiling and brought the space up to date with fresh plastering, full electrical rewiring, modern plumbing, and floor tiling throughout. Keen to enhance the atmosphere, the client requested additional LED lighting—a detail we fine-tuned on site, carefully recutting elements to achieve the clean, striking finish they had in mind.
